Bounce (BPIG Ch. Pikkinokka's Jump For Joy CD CGN) is a beautiful girl with lots of spunk and personality. Very outgoing & friendly, and she absolutely adores children. Bounce is very good at playing "couch potato", and will lay upside down in your lap for hours! She loves to retrieve and swim, but she has a good "off switch" and is very easy to live with. Such a good girl :)  Even at 5 years old, she still looks much like a puppy in so many ways, and words out of most people's mouths when they meet her is "she's sooooooooo cute!".

She has pink pigment, a white tail tip, white feet, white chest, a tiny star on her forehead and a snip of white on her nose. She has excellent bone & substance for her size. 17.75" and 35 lbs. Her wonderful structure combined with her outstanding pedigree has been a valuable addition to my kennel.

Her show debut was at only 6 months & 3 days old, and she started off with a bang, winning Best of Breed (2 pts) & Best Puppy in Group! She then won Best of Breed the next 2 days for another 3 points altogether, putting her halfway to her Ch by the time she was 6 months & 5 days old! Bounce placed 3rd in a very strong class of 9 Junior females at the Canadian National. She picked up another 2 points while on "summer vacation" at her breeder's house. Then she came home and won Reserve Winners Bitch at the 2003 BC Toller Booster. Two weeks after that she added another point to her total, and then finished her Championship with a Best of Breed in Jan/04 at 12 months old!

She is a somewhat soft & sensitive but very happy girl who loves to please and really enjoys her clicker training. We started her in light training this spring for a CD, rally & agility, then took a break for maternity leave. After the litter was weaned she headed back to agility class and started "serious" training for competitive obedience. She attended her first obedience trial on Nov 25/06, where she managed to pick up 2 legs towards her PCD (Pre-Novice Companion Dog) and 1 leg towards her CD (Companion Dog), all in 1 day! She also had a 2nd in class ribbon for her CD leg! Her next trial was in early March/07, where earned the other 2 legs needed for her CD title, along with two 4th place ribbons! She has just headed back to agility class in May and she will be making her debut into agility competition in June 2007, when she will attend her first NADAC trial, competing in Jumpers & Tunnelers. We are also training in Rally, she made her trial debut in August/07, where she scored 99/100 in Novice B, which earned her the trophy for Top Rally Toller at the 2007 Alberta Toller Booster! The same day she also passed her CGN (Canine Good Neighbor) test. She earned another rally leg in Feb/08.

Bounce was born and raised on BARF! She is Optigen PRA Clear, CEA/CH Clear, eyes CERF examined Normal. Hips are OVC normal. Heart is OFA Normal, OFA Thyroid will be done soon, along with OFA Hips/Elbows/Patellas.

Bounce's first litter, she was bred to Tango (Am/Can Ch Tollwest Dances With Waves CD RN-MCL AG.N NJC TG-N TN-N CGN), the pups were born August 1/05 - she had 3 boys and 3 girls, 5 of which are in show/breeding homes. One of the girls "Mallory" picked up her first 2 point win at the age of 6 months & 4 days, with another 2 point win at 8 months, a 3 pt win at 12 months and a 2 point win at 13 months, and finished her Canadian Champoship at 14 months with another 3 point win! Mallory also has her US Championship. Another girl "C'ozzie" won BOW 3 times in 1 weekend at 12 months old to win her first 6 points, and now is on 9 points at 14 months old, she also has a 5 pt major in AKC at 16 months old . A male from the litter "Maverick" finished his Championship by the age of 10 months, with a Group 1st win and several BOB over top-winning specials, and the male we kept "Kaos" picked up his first 8 points in a single weekend at 11 months old, including a 4 pt BOB over 3 specials, he finished his Ch at a few days over 2 yrs old. We hope to get our other show prospect from the litter "Slider" into the rings soon! Maverick, Mallory & Kaos are in training for obedience titles (Kaos has his CGN and 2/3 PCD and 1/3 RN, and Mallory has her PCD), and Malloy has also started agility & tracking classes. I am very thrilled with the temperaments, structure, drive and birdiness I have seen in this litter!

For her second litter, we bred Bounce to BIS Am/Can Ch Fionavar JavaHill Top Gun Am/Can CD, Am/Can WC "Maverick", pups were born August 15/06! We are thrilled with the quality of this litter, with all 6 puppies being show quality and all in show homes! We have kept a girl here & 2 boys on co-ownerships, from this litter. Our girl Feather finished her Can Ch at 11 months old, and her brother Cooper  has finished his Am Ch and was also Reserve Winners & Best Puppy at the 2007 Canadian National Specialty! Siblings Aodhan and Kobe will be hitting the rings soon.

A repeat of the Tango x Bounce litter was born April 1, 2007. We have some outstanding puppies in this litter, and are looking forward to seeing them in the conformation and performance rings in the future. 4 of the pups from this litter will be shown!

Bounce has now been bred to Am/Can Ch Tollchester's Top Secret (a son of Maverick). We are very excited by the potential in this litter, born mid-November! At least 4 pups from this litter will be shown.

Bounce will now be taking a well-deserved break from the puppy-raising, and she will be working on some rally titles this year. We plan to breed her one final time in 2009 before retiring her.

If you are seeking a "bargain puppy" or are "price shopping" please look else where. If you are seeking a quality, well-bred Toller with the correct Toller temperament & instincts, with breeders who will act as a support system throughout the dogs lifetime, please contact us. We sell all of our puppies on contracts that protect the breeder and buyer and most importantly, the puppy. Most breeders we refer to use the same, or similar contracts.

We care about our Tollers and their future. We health test our Tollers and know the history behind them, not just the sire and dam. There are lots of breeders out there that sell their puppies for less than we do. But remember the old saying. "You get what you pay for."

At Tollwest Kennels, we feed and recommend a raw food diet. All our puppies are weaned to a raw diet diet for optimum health, nutrition and development. We are also advocates of limited vaccine protocols. Please ask for more information.
